Cuisine of lindia Restaurant & Bar. Recently,his drive and passion for authentic indian
food led him to form a new division: Cuisine of India Catering,
Cleveland’s premier Indian caterer.
Abhay traveled throughout India for more than 30 years to immerse himself in the cultural
styles and cuisines that have illuminated and defined generations of Indian people. The
excursions and travel, along with his experíence in several multi-cultural franchise businesses,
has given him the insight and passion to create exceptional Indian tastes and food fusions.

All pre-event tastings are free, and all event menus are highly focused to suit your guests diverse set of palates. There is no compromising or outsourcing when it comes to our menu.
